Rackd is a one-time purchase, and we want you to be happy with it. If it's not the right fit, we'll give you your money back — no interrogation, no fine print.

The 30-day promise

Email support@rackd.io within 30 days of buying a Pro or Ultimate licence and we'll refund you in full. Include the email address you bought with, or your licence key, so we can find the order.

What happens next

• We process refunds within a few business days.
• The money returns to your original payment method.
• Your licence key is deactivated once the refund is issued.
• Your server files stay on your PC — Rackd just stops managing them once the key is removed.
